Redlands Court is a small complex of 8 bungalows built in the
grounds of Redlands Acre Care Home. The bungalows are linked to
the care home by a spacious octagonal conservatory and glass
walkway, both of which are popular communal areas where all
residents can gather to enjoy the gardens whatever the weather.
Residents in Redlands Court are welcome to join those in the main
home for all manner of social activities, day trips and outings.

Each bungalow comprises of an open plan fitted kitchen and lounge/
diner with patio doors opening to the garden. They also offer a double
bedroom, bathroom and hallway. The front doors open into a
central secure courtyard.

Redlands Court provides a sense of independence without the risk
factors. A fully integrated Nursecall system linked to the care home is
installed in each bungalow. Trained staff are on hand 24 hours a day
to respond to emergency calls. Laundry facilities are provided to assist
in the daily housework activities, and these are situated very close to
the bungalows for residents' convenience.

Residents of Redlands Court can enjoy other aspects of Redlands
Acre. For example, they may choose to order meals which they can
take with other residents of the home or have delivered to their door by
staff. They are also welcome to join in social activities and outings, or
enjoy an assisted bath in the specially adapted Parker bath. The hair
salon is available weekly.

One of the unique benefits of living in Redlands Court is the all-
inclusive fee structure. The weekly charge includes rent, council tax,
electricity, heating, water, internal and external maintenance,
including the gardens. Twenty four hour personal trained staff
response to emergencies is also included.
